We do not collect precise location data or access device location services. Zip code information is provided directly by users and is used only for app functionality.

Data Storage and Processing

User data is securely stored using Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database service provided by Google.

Firestore processes data in accordance with Google’s security and privacy standards.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data.

Your data may be shared only:

• With trusted service providers (such as Firebase) strictly for operating the App
• When required by law or legal process
• To protect the rights, safety, or integrity of users or the App

Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the App’s services.

Account Deletion and Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time using the in-app account deletion feature.

When an account is deleted:

• Associated personal data is permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe
• Any remaining data required for legal or security purposes is retained only as required by law

Child Safety and Protection Against Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The App strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits or abuses minors, including the creation, distribution, or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexualizes minors in any way.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Sharing, uploading, or distributing CSAM or any content that sexualizes minors
• Using the App to groom, solicit, or exploit children
• Any communication that facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation

When we become aware of CSAM on our platform, we will promptly remove it, disable the associated account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law, as well as to relevant law enforcement authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations into CSAE-related activity.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
